Tourify

Tourify is a travel app designed to offer an integrated solution that facilitates both the planning and enjoyment of personalized experiences. We developed the complete project using the Design Thinking process, covering stages such as competitor research, SWOT analysis, MoSCoW matrix, moodboard, wireframing, and finally, high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.

Crutches for children

As part of a collaborative project with the NGO Nzuri Daima at the university in 2024, we designed and built accessible crutches for children with mobility impairments in South Sudan, where access to medical equipment is very limited. The goal was to create a durable and functional solution using pallet wood and repurposed materials, so the crutches could be easily manufactured, repaired, and replicated with local resources without specialized tools.

Once the design was finalized, we created an IKEA-style assembly manual to allow local communities to build and repair the crutches independently. The manual was designed to be visual and intuitive, so people without technical experience could easily follow the steps.

Did you know?

This project is actually real! The crutches and manuals are already being used in South Sudan, helping improve the quality of life of many children. The project has also been featured in several Spanish press articles, showing how simple, human-centered design solutions can create a meaningful impact.

Music Group Rebranding

Andy y Lucas is a renowned flamenco duo in Spain, although their visual identity had become somewhat outdated. For this project, I focused on refreshing their image while maintaining the essence that defines them.

For their first self-titled album Andy y Lucas, I highlighted the signature red color that characterizes their identity. I redesigned both the cover and the interior of the album to create a more cohesive and contemporary visual style.

One of the key design decisions was inspired by the duo’s influential song “Y en tu ventana.” To translate this concept into the physical format of the vinyl, I incorporated a die-cut window into the interior design. Through this window, the listener can see and read the lyrics of the song printed on the inner sleeve, creating a visual and conceptual link between the music and the packaging. This element transforms the act of opening the vinyl into an interactive moment that references the song’s title and symbolism.

The Bee Project

A honey jar whose design evokes the viscous texture of honey itself. We transformed an everyday product into an experience through two limited collections of 100 units each:

Gold Edition: Honey sourced from the hives of Spain’s finest beekeeper.

Silver Edition: Featuring a careful selection from three of the country’s top beekeepers.

Each jar includes a unique Murano glass bee miniature, handcrafted to turn every piece into a one-of-a-kind work of art.

Magazine layout

For this project, we were asked to design a scientific article layout. Instead of presenting it in a traditional academic format, I decided to reinterpret it as a children’s science magazine. My goal was to make complex scientific information more engaging and accessible to a younger audience.

To achieve this, I used bright colors, friendly illustrations of microbes, and a clear visual hierarchy that guides the reader through the content. The playful characters and dynamic composition help transform a potentially dense topic into something educational, approachable, and visually appealing for children.

Packaging design

For this packaging project, we designed a candle-making kit from the initial concept to the final product. This included developing the logo, the visual identity, and the complete packaging design. I chose the name FUEGO, inspired by the Spanish word for fire, to evoke warmth, light, and the essence of candles.

The design approach focused on creating a minimalist and elegant aesthetic. Clean layouts, refined typography, and a restrained color palette were used to give the product a modern and sophisticated feel while keeping the focus on the experience of creating the candle itself.

    Wolly-z

Wolly-Z is a personal project I am developing to improve safety at pedestrian crossings and help reduce traffic accidents. The concept focuses on creating a smart lighting system that detects the presence of pedestrians and activates visual signals to alert drivers. By increasing visibility and awareness at crossings, the system aims to make urban environments safer for both pedestrians and vehicles.

    My poetry book

El cielo está nublado is a Spanish illustrated poetry book, self-published on Gumroad.
It was born from a personal journey through grief, healing, and transformation. Over five years, what began as pain became art — a dialogue between words and drawings that explore sadness, hope, and rebirth.
